If you have a student who will be 5 years of age prior to September 1, 2023, click the link below and provide all required information.  By submitting your information, you are starting the registration process to attend kindergarten in the FALL 2023.  Once this form is submitted, a packet of Registration materials will be mailed to you along with a scheduled appointment time.  

 

Pre-Enroll by EITHER completing a Google Form by CLICKING HERE.  Or, print the attached form and return it to the Elementary School.
